This program is designed for anyone looking to get more active that isn't ready to hit the gym or incorporate weights just yet. With 3 slow progressing phases for a total of 15 weeks, this is the go to for anyone just starting out or coming back from an extended break. Let's #GetActive!!

Get STRONG Challenge

Duration: 8 weeks billed every 4 weeks (cancel any time) Option to continue

$99 every 4 weeks

This program is designed for the person who's more comfortable at home, wants to incorporate weights and just needs the supportive, motivating community.

Duration: 8 weeks

Challenge Ends: 11/22/23

Programs may continue passed the challenge end date depending on your start date. 

To Get Started: 

  • Sign up for either challenge.
  • Complete Consultation, ParQ & Waiver
  • Submit a photo to start and then weekly with proof of participation sheet that will be emailed every monday. 

Winner selection:

The winner will be selected using a combination of the following:

  • Program Compliance - Workout Frequency
  • Motivation and Support – Social Media engagement & Group chat participation/encouragement
  • Progress Tracking
  • Recovery and Rest
  • Body Composition changes – weekly weigh ins/photos
  • Overall Appearance change – through photos submitted
  • Improvements in Strength & Endurance (through in app logging)
